Takes Two to Tango

Today was yet another productive day. With the beginning of the day starting out quite dismal we started by straightening up all of our lumber and materials so that we could start to find things more quickly and with more ease. Once the skies cleared up we moved outside and started laying out the platform for the second wall which would not have a window making it easier. Once again we cut all of the 2x4's to length and laid them out every 16 inches. Then we started nailing. We made sure all of the edges were flush so that when the walls will be stood up they will be equal and level. With having all of the wood cut out and laying together it made it easier to nail them together and moved the process along quicker. After about 1 1/2hrs. we had the wall finished. Finishing the wall brought us to 11:30 leaving just enough time to clean up and head back to school to catch the bus for games at 12:15. After a later start outside, today was very productive and tomorrow we hope to get all of the decking and lay it down while starting at 9 again just like we did today.
